The location was magnificent - so close to the downstairs Tattoo shop. It also was in the Old City.

It has great staff and excellent facilities. The location is brilliant, 2 km from a fortified hilltop castle.

The location was ideal: a shopping mall and a main market were within walking distance. The staff were attentive and flexible, it was a bonus.

We asked for the apartment with all modcons bathroom and it was ready when arrived. There were coffee and tea making equipment, and a microwave oven. The location was marvellous, short walk to Krakow old town, the main square and real old center.

Most of the staffs were very amiable. The location was excellent and perfect because it was near Main Square, Krakow, and shops for water, milk, bread, veg, fruit & beers.
