Thanks to the helpful staff everything was very good, including a good choice of excellent food.

The location is magnificent, the check in is easy. The rooms are well-appointed with balcony and sofa. The staff are efficient, they keep the place clean.

The location was central, good near to the center. I was given modern and beautifully designed room with fridge, modern design and comfy bed.

This hotel is a suitable place for a short break. The staff is very attentive and affable. The venue is in the central location very close to the river for fantastic walks. Also it is right by the old town and the main square in Kraków, and a bakery.

The units are clean and bright with balcony. I really enjoyed nice personnel that ensures guests have a great stay.

I didn't feel like leaving, had a QUITE COMFORTABLE experience and will choose it for sure next trip.

Modern place to stay 1 km away from Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory. Brilliant, new-fashioned room with sofa, big bathroom, balcony, and pleasant stuff. Early check-in, marvellous and lovely location next to the city centre, and cafes and restaurants.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near a bakery who can take amazing breakfast. It also was close to the major attractions.

Great and lovely location to Schindler's Factory in a great area. Easy walk to Wolf Popper Synagogue. Brand-new & modern rooms with balcony. The breakfasts at the bakery nextdoor.

Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. Cafés and bistros were also close to the hotel.

The staff was kind and efficient, loved this place. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a kettle and air conditioner inside the room.

It became my favourite place to stay in Krakow. The hotel had a great location on foot can seem far away from main old square.

The hotel had a central location in the heart of Kraków. What's more, it was next to the shopping center as well as the main city square.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was great base for visiting all of them. The location was magnificent and brilliant, relatively close to Locked Up. You could leave a car nearby.

The hotel had a central position really close to city center as well as the main square. Besides, Locked Up was just 1 km away.

Nothing too much trouble, appreciated our stay. The hotel was clean and had pleasant and informative staff. We lived in the deluxe suite with fridge and comfy bed plus balcony.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Room was great value for money. Besides, parking was available nearby. Old Town district is worth seeing.
