Big and absolutely perfect room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. Central setting of the hotel, pleasant staff from this moment through check-out. Located in 5 minutes' walk from Pimlico tube station.

It was surely a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Near a synagogue and a gallery, overall the location was excellent. We dined at a terrific nearby restaurant with French dishes.

Nothing to complain about, I totally recommend this hotel and would definitely go back. The venue is excellent, it has courteous staff from this moment through check-out.

The whole room was well-equipped and had an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and television with satellite channels. All of the staff were extremely helpful.

Had a fine stay for 4 nights. The property was in the centre of the city. Plus, the hotel was situated just a pleasant stroll away from Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory.

Fairly clean place with street views and knowledgeable staff. Large rooms, a clean bathroom. Very good facilities, comfortable bed. Central location, at a medium distance from a fortified hilltop castle.

Amazing breakfast available.

The location in a beautiful area was great and there were a main market and a market nearby. The airport was 25 km away. The room was reasonably spacious on lower floors, the staff was pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was marvellous and very good with a wide range of delicacies. We asked for the apartment on lower floors and it was ready when arrived. The location was marvellous - close to nice area, and the best restaurants.

The hotel had a good and amazing location very close to Corpus Christi Church. It was in a safe area with a wide range of restaurants and bars. Enjoyed our rooms on lower floors.

Loved how great the property was and its very attentive stuff from this moment through check-out. There was a wide range of excellant meals. The location for Krakow was excellent and perfect, just next door to also near the Jewish quarter which had many fun restaurants, and the Kazimierz.

We expected there would be lift, but didn't find it.

Excellent hotel with extremely helpful personnel from this moment through check-out. Marvellous breakfast, outstanding apartment. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention fast wifi! Excellent location, a short way from everywhere. Nearby Nova Resto Bar - great place to chill out.

The location of the property was great and fantastic, 10 to 15 minutes walking from the Old Town. The breakfast was very very good, and the staff was pleasant.

Well, the area was really loud overall.

The venue was set in the central position near to the Krakow nightlife, lots of bars, restaurants of all styles and the center of the Kazimierz district. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was cheap to satisfy everyone.

The room was new-fashioned & well-equipped together with shower, air-condition and all the essentials.

The venue was gorgeous and great, I loved the stay and the location was excellent next to Kazimierz the older Jewish quarter, and also near the Jewish quarter which had many fun restaurants. The food was excellent with a great selection of alternatives.

Definitely, there was elevator missing.

I stayed here for 1 day and would stay here again. By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met pleasant and welcoming stuff from this moment through check-out. The location was central, incredible in Kazimierz area. Plus, it was close enough to amazing venues, restaurants and the castle and main square.

The location was incredible, relatively close to Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. The food was local and there were plenty of dishes in the menu...

Besides, I was able to park nearby. The location was excellent and peaceful, you can visit a restored synagogue by walking. It was located in a very nice area close to also near the Jewish quarter which had many fun restaurants, a different restaurant and Kazimierz instead of Old Town, a holiday base for me.

The room on lower floors. The location of the hotel was magnificent - relatively close to Main Market Square. The staff was affable and best, took GOOD care of everyone.

Everything was excellent, had a such wonderful stay for 4 nights. The location was prime, close to a contemporary museum. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks, restaurants and bars. Food in the good restaurant was fab.

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Locked Up. Besides, it was close to great eateries, bars, and the best restaurants. On the plus side, there was parking nearby;))
