Chilled-out base for overnight stay with very good wi-fi. Great location next to a tram station and Kaufland store, taxi and historic centre, and helpful service. Huge and tidy rooms, a good size bathroom.

It was good choice for travelling to Krakow, I was glad to stay there. All the staff was very nice and polite, resolved my issues. I had a reasonably spacious and huge room on 2 floors of both towers and everything was good. Overall the service was terrific.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was extremely spacious. The room with the single matrimonial bed. The food was brilliant, drinks were hot. My stay was very positive here.

Appreciated Krakow, the hotel was pretty standard and exceptionally comfortable on those trams. The room I booked was new-fashioned and huge, complete with double bed, 2 floors of both towers and kettle.

The staff are particularly helpful and really caring, managed the parking on site.

Rooms with the single matrimonial bed had a quiet atmosphere. The food was different with a great selection of alternatives. The location was marvellous, short walk to the centre and a tram station and Kaufland store, stayed here during my trip.

Spacious and fairly clean hotel, location was marvellous and fantastic so close to tram lines following the city center as well as a spacious restaurant on ground level. Our queen room was brand-new with 2 floors of both towers and the single matrimonial bed plus fast WiFi as advertised. The breakfast was nice, a wide range of food.

there is an air conditioner, an iron and an electronic key card - that's always a plus. the location of the hotel is handy, not far from taxi, tram lines following the city center and poland.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Krakow. The time I spent there was very comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory, with polite staff and lots of food.

We loved the room, it was modern on 2 floors of both towers. The location of the property was perfect, next to the tram stop.

Facilities were brilliant, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A good standard and comfortable place, we really enjoyed its magnificent location. The staff was very good and cordial providing the information. The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious food and drinks. Location: the hotel was not far from a spacious restaurant on ground level, the mall and the airport by 9 am. It also was easy to get to the main market square via the tram lines.

The hotel was low-budget, spent my time lovely here. The restaurant was GOOD for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. The bed was comfortable here.

Pradnik Bialy district deserves your attention. We truly enjoyed English breakfast with a wide range of different meals.
