The quadruple room had all we needed, including big bathroom. Robert Dundas was only a short distance to the hotel, really enjoyed its location near all sites.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who were always there to help. Had an air-conditioned room to myself with a great bathroom, 4 single beds, as example.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

It was a reasonably priced and extremely comfy hotel, nesteled in a classic building. The breakfasts were savoury and good, always with a good choice of meals.

It was modern & spotless room. The location was particularly good and excellent helpful in arranging travel to-and-from the airport. Besides, it was very close to the Old Town and castle, river embankment and all museums and railway/bus station.

The room was newly renovated and decent sized, I greatly enjoyed to be there. The staff were exceptionally pleasant with any request. It was about 30 km from the airport.

I greatly enjoyed very well furnished and neat room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment. The service was good, the food was gorgeous. Definitely, free Wi-Fi worked well in the rooms.

The hotel is in a magnificent and particularly good location, nearby a tram stop. Make sure you stay in the triple room with the Air-Con, excellent bathroom, as example.

Reasonably priced and extremely comfy accommodation with good setting very close to the Stare Miasto and the Jewish Quarter, railway / bus station and restaurants and bars. Newly decorated guest room with a singe beds, climate control, as example.

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with a great bathroom. The property's location is excellent and incredible, very close to the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter as well as the castle and town center. Besides, we really enjoyed the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel. Overall savoury food, plus there is Bar Mleczny Targowy close by.

The quadruple room was modern for the air-con and the location was particularly good. The lovely and tasty breakfast was served in the dining area. The staff was very courteous and solved our problems immediately.

Loved this place, it was good value. Booked king room, that was provided with four beds as well as coffee. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable all the time. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a fortified hilltop castle. The hotel was in a really friendly area, very close to the Old Town and castle, river embankment as well as a shopping centre, all the key tourist attractions and the railway station.

Everything was nice, accommodating staff, pleasant views of the old town. Had central location in the city centre. Plus, it was next to the center, the trams and the Old Town. Loved the way our queen room was arranged.

Overall, it's nice place for exploring Krakow attractions. The room is newly remodelled and the bed is comfy. The location is stunning and brilliant, 10 minutes' walk to a fortified hilltop castle. It's right next to restaurants and bars too.

It was the best of Krakow hotels I visited before. All in all - had a good 4 night stay. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The location was marvellous and brilliant, not very far from Zoo.

We had a good stay in Krakow. Our triple room was equipped with coffee, excellent bathroom, as for instance. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from Main Square. Also was right next to restaurants and bars...

the room was spotless with smoke detectors for safety measures. everything seemed good, clean. had no problem using their private parking, the internet was good. the hotel was in the middle of krakow, and we were a 10-15 minute walk from lost souls alley amusement center.

Their staff were unapologetic.
