Everything was simply nice. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was good sized and brand-new and the bed was lovely. All the staff were excellent. The location was magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. There was a nice restaurant relatively close to the venue. It was 25 minutes drive to the airport.

The breakfast offered was freshly cooked and really tasty with a quality of food and danish pastries, as example, couldn't have asked for more. The staff were extremely friendly and amiable.

It is a beautiful old and perfect property located in Old Town district close enough to a center of Krakow, various pubs and restaurants and winter-Christmas markets are beautiful. The staff is amicable, excellent. Its location is lovely central to everything which was perfect. The restaurant attached makes savoury food.

The hotel was bright and in a very central location. Set in front of a garden and a park, it was a plus.

Had a VERY NICE stay by 2 nights. The hotel's position was perfect, close to the squares. For dinner, we went to Pan Nalesnik, it was near the venue.

The staff was pleasant and kind and check in was very quick. The unit we got was spotless and bright with coffee, a double bed, for instance.

Came in Krakow to relax and have fun, this small hotel was good choice for doing it. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.
