Courteous staff, newly furnished, huge room with TV, bedside lamp for a double bed, as for instance.

Beds were horribly hard.

Excellent, incredible location in a good location easy walk to the centre or the Castle. Well-kept unit with a vintage decor.

The hotel was wonderful small, I really enjoyed its exceptionally nice staff. The room was modern, the breakfast was great. The location was marvellous, close to a 14th-century university. Nice place to stay in Krakow, if compared to other hotels.

The bathroom I had was very dated.

The location is great and brilliant, variety of pubs and restaurants nearby. The staff has always been super. The units are outstanding, tidy with 3 single beds.

Enjoyable experience there. Nicely presented and reasonably priced accommodation with PERFECT setting right by Auschwitz Schlinder's factory, Zakopane and main square along the horseshoe park. Great breakfast, good food.

Its location not too far from an underground square central museum was great. The staff were very very nice and really kind without being intrusive.

I had an excellent stay at this small hotel. I enjoyed spotless room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everyone from the staff was polite and pleasant. Its location was very central, 500 metres from Main Square. A main market and a market were right next door. Superb restaurant provided Polish dishes.

The staff was super, the accommodation was pleasant and fairly clean. We got guest room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Main Square. It was in a calm area and there were pubs and restaurants.

Very central location was a plus. Tried some takeout specials at Doner City, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.
