Deluxe accommodation with excellent and fantastic location near all attractions. Amicable and efficient staff, friendly check in. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location next to train station and shops.

The location was good near all attractions. Plus, I could reach an art museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The room was comfy and incredible and offered a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels, so that guests had essentials.

Some people working there were noisy.

Everything was perfect, incredible location adjacent to all attractions, the Old Town of Krakow and train station, FANTASTIC experience. Liked the way our apartment was arranged. There were central heating, iron/ironing board and a work desk when we arrived.
