Super central location was a plus. Restaurants and bars were also walk from the hotel.

The room was new-fashioned and immaculate and we loved a comfortable bed. Kitchen was ok for us. Our location was ideal and quiet in the centre of everything. And it was also very close to the old town of krakau, near the town square, great restaurants and the main square and a fountain.

Incredible and amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars walk from the hotel.

Had big size, cosy room with a big screen TV, bedroom, for instance. A dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and fridges were available too.

It was a holiday base for celebrating anniversary. The hotel was in the super central setting in the center of the old town. The room was immaculate and clean and there were a microwave, climate control, and a personal safe. We could see courtyard from the window.

The staff were amicable and excellent and offered guidance. The location was super central, fab in the heart of the Old Town.

The location turned out to be great and incredible. The room was beautiful, big with exceptionally comfortable bed.

My daughter and I enjoyed being there. My room was spacious and new-fashioned, equipped with nice furniture, bedroom, for instance. The location in an entertaining area was excellent. The fact that Pimlico tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

Had 3 nights in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. The staff were affable the whole time. I was on a weekend and booked apartment with a big screen TV, nice furniture, as for instance. The location was great and stunning for walking around Main Square.

Fab location in the center of the old town, handy base for celebrating birthday and all staff were amicable and extremely friendly. I had coffee at Winosfera Plac Szczepanski, located within 5 minutes walk.

The location was perfect and comfortable, within a close distance from a Roman Catholic basilica. The very helpful and responsive staff was much appreciated.

An ironing set, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, perfect and comfortable location.

Fantastic value, room was immaculate, staff were amicable! I really enjoyed great location just next door to Krakow, and bars and restaurants, it was in an entertaining area. Old Town district was worth visiting. Stayed there for trip and had a great experience, so I would love to come back here some time.

The staff were constantly kind. The location was great, situated in the old town, in the entertaining area. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met needs.

Useful base for celebrating anniversary in Krakow. Beautiful and modern rooms available with bedroom, all the facilities, for example. Paid gbp 464. Great way to end our weekend.

Amazing accommodation with stunning setting near to near a beautiful square with a fountain, a lovely square and illuminated fountains.

I loved staying here and would recomand to others. I lovely spend 3 nights in Krakow. The location was perfect and convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Main Square. The hotel was in an entertainment area, adjacent to Krakow as well as attractions, main square and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very amiable and responsive, you should know it;))

Stayed here with my daughter and everything was perfect. The location was incredible, for example, Pryzmat Art Gallery was within walking distance of the hotel. I loved being in this property.

There were comfortable beds and central heating, an iron with ironing board and an electronic key card inside the room. I loved the view over city. The location of the hotel was incredible and fab - just a short walk away from Main Square.

came in krakow to relax and have fun, this hotel was superb base for doing it. the idea to include microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and kitchenware in the apartment was nice. management made us feel welcome. the restaurant was located within 200 metres.
