Early check-in, fairly quiet and well heated rooms with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Delicious and satisfactory choice for breakfast. In a great location near bars and restaurants. Very nice and courteous stuff with great local knowledge.

We had a brand-new twin room with a nice view, windows in the ceiling and the bathroom. The location of the hotel was magnificent and absolutely perfect, in the Old Jewish Quarter.

It was a decent place for our lovely stay. Very central location was a plus. There was a good restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room was relaxing, moreover brand-new with wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Central location so close to sightseeing, bars and clubs attracting people that like to drink cheap booze and nice pubs and restaurants, it was in a very very nice area. Also, we could easily get to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this small hotel. The location was marvellous and fab, also close to the train station, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, the property was situated relatively close to National Football Museum. The bedroom was tidy and tastefully decorated.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

All the staff was very-very nice, resolved my issues. Stayed in queen room with wheelchair accessible bathrooms which was perfect for me. It was convenient having a kettle and a new carpet.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were nice. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory, they make variety of meals. The location seemed marvellous and lovely in an excellent position. Plus, I was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a restored Gothic church. I came here for 3 nights and had a nice stay.

Overall it was quiet and well heated, with a private bathroom. Fantastic very central location so close to the old town and the Jewish quarter as well as many good restaurants. Also, the hotel was set around 10-15 minutes walk from Northern Quarter bars.

The location was excellent and perfect, really close to a quiet area in the Jewish Quarter, restaurants and the centre and City Centre. I often went to Sami am Am to pick up some food. I thoroughly enjoyed the abundant variety at breakfast.

Its location was incredible, next to many good restaurants, the lively old town and the main square in the Jewish quarter. There was Trdelnik nearby, offering quick meals.

Little and incredibly beautiful hotel in an amazing position to the local police station. Very very nice staff and altogether an excellent experience. Excellent food served, delicious and satisfactory breakfast.

This place was quaint and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, had a good choice of food. The location was central, right by the old town and lots of nice restaurants nearby as well as The Old City, The Castle and The River Wisla. Again, a contemporary museum was nearby.

The location was marvellous and fab for Krakow, close enough to several restaurants, krakow main square, and great bars. Furthermore, it had easy access to Izaak Synagogue.

This lovely little and great value hotel occupies a very very good building in the traditional style. The staff are especially helpful and very attentive. Every time we stay in Krakow, like to stay here.

All in all, it was perfect place for travelling to Krakow.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was interesting place for visiting all of them. They had an early check-in.
