We had the classic quadruple room provided with coffee sachets as well as a balcony.

Clean accommodation, super friendly staff at the reception desk. Double room with supplies, coffee sachets plus 2 single beds. Unbeatable setting, right by the Old City and Jewish quarter and main square and the Jewish quarter. Quiet atmosphere, a huge variety of good dishes.

It was a convenient place, had pleasant and very welcoming staff at the reception desk.

It has friendly staff at the reception desk and magnificent location very close to everything. It's not too far from Cafe Modern One, I tried nice desserts there.

Generally, the place was convenient and had very very nice staff at the reception desk. The idea to include a refrigerator and a cooker in the double room was nice. The breakfast looked free, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. Walk from a bus stop, the location was excellent and amazing, very close to everything. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 400 metres of the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous and lovely accommodation with polite staff at the reception desk. Wonderful location really close to train station, Wawel castle, old town and Krakow Glowny, and money changers. Nearby Bierhalle Restaurant - great place to chill out.

Everything was perfect, including pleasant and incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. The bedroom was big and new-fashioned. Included a hair dryer and a kettle, and the bed was very comfy.

The hotel's location was great and lovely, near everything with a market and a bakery within walking distance. I found Pod Wawelem offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Came here for 4 nights with my 2 teenagers, had an absolutely amazing stay. All of the staff was very welcoming and polite. The location was great and lovely - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met very nice staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was free served by at café. The room I had was surprisingly large with coffee, a balcony plus supplies topped up everday.

The location for Krakow was great and lovely, close to centre and stops right outside the door. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was nice.

The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to the Old City and Jewish quarter, the Old Town and Kazimierz and the main train station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Pod Filarkami.

It is a cool property located in Old Town district next to the Old Town and Kazimierz. The hotel is situated in the very central location in a shop for sometime. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes.

This hotel was located in a very central area near to the old town, city center and the centre. We got a room with a bathtub.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Krakow, loved it. An iron, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV were a nice touch. The restaurant was located within 100 metres. In addition, free WiFi was handy. We had an amazing 3 nights stay.
