The hotel was absolutely great and charming thanks to its polite staff. Appetising dishes were served at the outdoor restaurant.

The location was marvellous and incredible, in oldtown, in the lovely area. The room was extremely spacious with a comfortable bed, the staff was courteous.

I was there for 8 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for choice for restaurants. The location of this nice hotel was amazing, in the heart of old town. Besides, it was near to big square and the center of the old city.

Big and huge unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom🙂

Very clean beds, a mini fridge and coffee in the room. Reasonably spacious bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage. Absolutely perfect location in the centre of town, easy to get anywhere. Also - really close to the Wawel castle and the park.

Lovely area, very central location near to Auschwitz and the salt mines, the old town, bars and restaurants, and big square. Besides, very convenient to Main Market Square. Large room, modern bathroom.

It is a great property located in Old Town district not far from the market square, walking distance, and restaurants and shops. I appreciated polite personnel that ensures guests have a really great stay. The hotel boasts very central location in the heart of Krakow.

Came in Krakow to relax and have fun, this small hotel was good choice for doing it. The outdoor restaurant onsite had delicious dishes...

Twin/double room had a big bed. It had incredible location with access to Main Market Square nearby.

Big room with the the value, an iron, for example. Very central location right near the city centre. Close to Krakow, downtown, and the Wawel castle and other interesting places.

I booked an immaculate room complete with coffee/tea making, twin beds plus coffee/tea making facilities. All the staff was courteous, fixed my issues. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - relatively near The Cloth Hall.

The location was best possible, within easy walking distance of Main Square. The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and refrigerators in the triple room was nice.

The deluxe queen room was large with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was peaceful, and we could reach The Cloth Hall by walking.
