No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Wonderful and magnificent location, in the very center. And very close to a nearby restaurant, Smak Ucranianski, the shops, and Krakow from a central position and on a reasonably priced budget.

The location was great and incredible, very close to Krakow from a central position and on a reasonably priced budget as well as the old City Hall tower, in a great area.

The location was very central, fantastic near the city center. Found Bierhalle Restaurant with perfect drinks 200 metres away. Got savoury and tasty breakfasts and overall had an excellent stay overall which was 5 nights.

The location offered was wonderful so close to concert venues, the castle and town square and the centre of krakow. Old Town district was definitely worth visiting.

Had a really really nice stay which was 5 nights. This hotel was reasonable price, seeing price-lists in other hotels. Got a savoury and good breakfast included. The location was particularly good down the street from the town square. I tried some drinks at bar Pod Wawelem, located 5 minutes walk away.

Really enjoyed my good-sized and air conditioned room with a balcony, a queen-sized bed, as for instance.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and with bathroom, a sofa bed plus antique style furniture. The hotel was in the central setting close to the Old Town.

The property was fairly clean with super-friendly and amiable staff. Had lovely location perfect in the centre of the Old Town, quite a walk from Main Market Square.

The place was clean and we loved triple room. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for exploring this quiet area, next to the main train station, the market square and dozens of great restaurants and a beautiful Krakow. Galeria Luelue was also not too far away from the hotel. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good!

Thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel and its elegant ambience from the moment I entered. The queen room was silent, everything was good. An electric kettle, air conditioner, and an iron worked well.

The employees were nice and courteous. Had vintage, huge room with 1 double & 2 single beds, bathroom, a balcony. Good service was provided here.

Location: the hotel was next to all other attractions, and Near city center. It also was to everything you wanted to see.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was good home base for visiting all of them. The location was secure, relatively close to Zoo. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Krakow...

The location was good and the bed comfortable. We ate at Smak Ukrainski, which is only 100 ft away, it suited our needs: D

Breakfast was fine, room was lovely. 400 feet away there is Pod Aniolami. A view of the street from our window...
