The hotel was in the heart of Krakow, and we were within walking distance of Planty Park.

We will be back and would definitely recommend it to anyone. There is a wide array of appetising food for breakfast. The venue has excellent and good location close to the centre.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Near to Old Town and restaurants, tourist attractions, and shops.

Enjoyed tea and coffee making equipment, flat-screen television, and ironing facilities in the room. We got a bath too.

The whole staff was efficient and decent. Eggs and cereals were a stand out.

It has an unbeatable location adjacent to short walking distance to the Jewish quarters as well as all the attractions. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The breakfast choices are excellent with eggs cooked to order.

The rooms were well decorated & big size with a lovely view. The location in the center was great and stunning.

Excellent stay, as always. Ideal place to stay 1 km away from a fortified hilltop castle. Nicely decorated and huge rooms and feather pillows. Exceptionally comfortable beds and iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
