The location is marvellous, right in the heart of the city. Bright large rooms, they are provided with air con as well as AC. All in all they offer TERRIFIC service.

The breakfast food including yoghourt, fruit, and cheese was fab. Its location was great and unbeatable in the square.

There was nothing I didnt like.

Yoghourt, fruit, and cheese where great and overall there was a lot of food. The hotel was near the center of '' action '' in beautieful Krakow thanks to its simple location.

I did not want to leave, spent lovely time and can't recommend highly enough. The place was adorable and perfect and the staff were accommodating, the location was amazing on the market. The breakfast had a wide range of yoghourt, fruit, and cheese. I had reasonably priced room with comfy bed.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, not too far from Planty Park. Yoghourt, fruit, and cheese for breakfast were great! The staff were all exceptionally nice and very polite.

The hotel met every demand. Stayed here for 2 nights with my baby, had a such wonderful stay.

It had fantastic location with access to Kazimierz Jewish District nearby. The hotel was in a vibrant area, very close to jewish district -close to places of interest, good restaurants and bars and The Ghetto, Synagogues, Market Square, Barbican, Old Town & Wawel Castle. The service was terrific during my stay.

I have stayed in the guest room with central heating and coffee/tea making facilities.

Spotless reasonably priced hotel, the stay was very good. It had magnificent and amazing location close to a contemporary museum. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Polish dishes. The stuff and people generally where knowledgeable.

It has incredible very central location in a techno nightclub. The staff is pleasant, very very nice. The rooms are practical and spotless with comfy bed, so that guests have essentials.

Spotless hotel in a really nice building close to very good restaurants as well as the bars and restaurants. Incredible location, at a walking distance from a fortified hilltop castle. Also, near the Jewish neighborhood with a lot of night life.

It is a nice and adorable property located in Old Town district so close to the city center, restaurant and the old market square.

Practical double room and the bed was lovely. Really enjoyed a bath in my own bathroom. The location was unbeatable and brilliant for traveling around Krakow, not far from the center, and Kazimierz. In Folga you could have Polish meals.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

neat and light rooms complete with tea, fridge plus all conveniences. the location is unbeatable, 1 km from the cloth hall. it's actually walk from the train station.
