Barbakan Residence Old Town

The rooms were fairly quiet and clean with a balcony and had all necessary facilities. The most important was the staff - very friendly and affable people.

Variety of meals for breakfast, it was delicious. Amazing central location close enough to the shopping center Gallery Krakow and the old town and the central train station. Cafe Handelek located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Great value, room was upscale, staff were very kind. Booked a room with a balcony. It had excellent and good location, really close to Stare Miasto, the Old Town and the train station, and the main square in Krakow.

Its location right by the heart of Krakow is super. Helpful and amiable people are working there.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a very quiet area, near big shopping center, the centre and Krakow. The venue had a central location and it was close to a medieval Gothic gate tower.

We liked the hotel, just what we had in mind. Amiable staff did a great job. The location seemed excellent close to supermarket. Besides, it was close to the indoor huge shopping centre, the shopping center Gallery Krakow and the old town and railway station and shopping mall.

The room I stayed in was fairly quiet and complete with a balcony as well as even dishwasher. The setting of hotel was unbeatable and quiet, right next to a big shopping centre.

The hotel had a central position just next door to the mall, local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants and the railway station. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Old Town district.

All you need for one night in Krakow. It has excellent, incredible setting, right by local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants, and train station and old town. Think that this great hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it.

The location in a really quiet area was fantastic. There were a shopping mall and a main market around the hotel.

The location was magnificent for walking around a Brick Gothic church. Further, it was near to the old centre.

My stay was good here. It was an excellent base for one night. It was in a quiet location super close to the Main Square.

The location was particularly good, close to Galeria Krakowska. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very friendly and really kind. I took a spacious room with air conditioning, even dishwasher and a balcony.

The location is central. The hotel is set minutes from the train station, fast and cheap way. The staff is really kind, helpful. It has good and cosy rooms with an iron, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat screen TV.

Comfortable bed in a quiet room. A lot of goodies for breakfast. The helpful and amicable staff and their attitude. Perfect and quiet location very close to Main Train Station and fairly quiet area.

All in all, it was cosy base for travelling to Krakow. I didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again.

I stayed here 5 nights and loved it. There where very comfy beds and a microwave, air conditioning and a sofa bed inside the room. I recommend the place.

Great hotel located next to local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants, Krakow city center and Galeria Krakowska. Particularly good and stunning location in a walking distance from an old town, easy to get anywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a fortified hilltop castle.

Beds were very narrow.

Thanks, I enjoyed my stay. Ideal base for one night, felt like home. The hotel had a central setting close to all main attractions. Spent a nice evening at Jarema Restaurant, located close to the venue.

All in all everything was great, had a comfortable stay of 4 nights. We booked a studio apartment and liked it.

The deluxe apartment I got was included with a balcony, air conditioning and even dishwasher. Loved to be close to a main station.
