Check in was smooth, hotel was incredibly beautiful, locations was particularly good to grocery stores. Helpful team at the reception desk. I got well-maintained room with 1 bed.

Had beautifully maintained and air-conditioned room with own bathroom and a living area, a kettle, and soundproof windows.

The room was nice styled and large, with very comfy bed and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was great and lovely for exploring this very quite area, near to the old town center. Also, the accommodation was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Western Approaches Museum.

Clean property with incredibly nice and exceptionally kind staff at the receptionist. All in all marvellous and absolutely perfect location, not far from the possible attractions and places to eat nearby, old city and railway station and Central Square. Plus, a short walk to Magical Beatles Museum.

The studio apartment we stayed in were stylish with good facilities.

An executive apartment with bathroom attached has basic facilities you need.

The location was good close to a square is an additional advantage, you may take train on Kraków Main train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

Central location of this fantastic central hotel was a bonus. I was pleased with exceptional service, spacious room with 2 hobs to cook on, dish washer, as for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges worked well.

The place was perfect and had lovely friendly staff at the receptionist, truly enjoyed the stay. Stunning location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Krakowski Kumpir to relax and grab some food.

That was ideal hotel set in central area, just off centre as well as Very close to all the sightseeings. The room was newly renovated and great modern with 1 bed, just what we needed. Amazing location, helpful staff at the reception desk. Old Town district was worth exploring.

The place was clean, I booked the studio apartment with city views, everything was very good. The staff were very dedicated, ready to any request. The hotel's location was amazing, near to the Old Town and stumbling distance to the Jewish Quarter, old town square, and Kraków Central Railway and Bus Station and Galeria Krakowska.

The staff was kind of rude.

Really enjoyed our good-sized room with a shower and the original-style building. A living room and a kettle were a very nice touch. The hotel was close enough to very close to the Jewish Quarter, Galeria Krakowska and old town, Jewish quarter, train station thanks to its unbeatable and stunning location.

Appreciated the original-style building and newly decorated room on the lower floors. The location was good, just 5 minutes walk from Main Square. What's more, it was really close to the train station and shopping center, Old Town and Jewish district and supermarket on doorstep and center or train station.

The place was fairly clean and INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL, it had very dedicated and helpful staff at the reception desk. The rooms were newly remodelled and lovely modern, were equipped with TV, high ceiling, for instance.

The room was modern and silent and equipped with a microwave and clean blankets plus periodic features.

It was a charming place, had excellent friendly staff at the receptionist. A great selection of fab food, I truly enjoyed it.

Pleasant place for a visit to Krakow, it has stunning location to the Castle or the Kazimierz district and exceptional services. They serve nice food, have variety of options to choose from.

Overall - great place with very polite staff at the receptionist. Central location, not too far from Main Square.

Easy base for exploring Krakow. Incredible location an easy walk to Planty Park. Nice restaurant and great meal.

The location was incredible and awesome, at a walking distance from Little Market Square. Moreover, it's so close to old town, shopping mall, and krakow square, shopping mall and wawel castle and plenty of nice restaurants. This was exactly the standard triple room I wanted in Krakow. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good!

The service was excellent with a smooth check-in. The food was great and the staff were incredibly nice and exceptionally kind. Its location at a walking distance from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square was marvellous.

The room is good-sized, comes with greater attention to the quality of provision, a balcony, for example.

Nothing too much trouble, I loved this place, would definitely recommend. Although some of the staff were not so helpful, I had a very nice stay. The hotel was in the central setting to grocery stores. It was good to be 1 km away from Kielbaski Pod Hala Targowa, serving short-orders.

Didn't like the area, it was bustling.

Enjoyed every detail about our nice 8 nights stay here. The room was new-fashioned and silent with the king size bed, very nice bathroom and a modern shower and the location was easy. A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge were a big plus.

Our stay here was lovely, great base for exploring Krakow. We had a city view. Stayed here for 1 night and didn't want to leave.

Everything was brand-new, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. The room was silent with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom...

would stay here again! balcony was a good bonus.

It's holiday base for sightseeing and exploring Krakow. All in all they offer helpful service. Only 10 min walk to downtown;))
