I thoroughly enjoyed the great-sized and brand-new room and 2 single beds. The bathroom was spotless but it worked for my 3 days in this hotel. The location was peaceful, next to a cathedral and a church.

The location just a walking distance from city centre was magnificent. There was Century, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Really had really really nice stay on business trip. Fairly clean hotel in a neat building not far from the mayor attractions of the city and main market. Exceptionally nice and ideal location very close to the historical city center, easy to get anywhere.

Overall had good stay on business trip. Got recently renovated and large triple room with single beds as expected, truly enjoyed it.

Booked a room with good shower. The highlight was the appetising food.

It had perfect and nice location, the place was few metres away from Krakow city centre. Cafe Bonjour Cava located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We booked triple room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location seemed perfect opposite a church.

Modest and ideal hotel with fast free Wi-Fi. Professional staff with great local knowledge. Central location, enjoyable base for discovering Krakow. 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop.

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Krakow. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was modest and absolutely great with fast wi-fi. The stuff was professional, helped a lot. The airport was 20 km away.

The units are extremely pleasant and brand-new with double bed. The location is absolutely perfect, at a medium distance from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

The check in was early, the staff was amazingly great and kind. The location was great and lovely, adjacent to shopping mall including main train and bus station, Krakow shopping center and the city centre and easily accessible.

Amiable people working here, modest and perfect place. Ideal location only a short distance to Spar. A cosy restaurant on site. Fantastic base for exploring Krakow.

Thanks all for a fine stay on business trip. The room was both warm and extremely pleasant with single beds, we liked it.

The double room was a nice size with double bed, soundproofing, for instance. Exceptionally nice and ideal position was an added bonus.

Had good stay on business trip. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to City Center and Stary Kleparz as well as historic area and shopping centre. It also was very close to old town centre.

It was in a very central setting in the adjacent "U Filipa " restaurant.

The rooms were brand-new and tidy, with a bathtub. It was in a comfortable and peaceful location next to restaurants and cafes.

Think that this modest and absolutely great hotel is beyond compare, truly enjoyed it. Everything is clean and really good. Thanks to all professional and best staff. Peaceful location, it is next to a cathedral and a church. The train station is 600 metres away or 10 minutes' walk.

The staff was polite and kind, I enjoyed to be here. The location was best possible and brilliant, a 10-15 minute walk from Bastion Iii "kleparz". Moreover, it was so close to the railway station as well as the old town.

The bed in my room was not really comfortable.

Had a great stay on business trip, everything was brand-new. We greatly enjoyed recently refurbished rooms with single beds and the staff were very cordial and nice. The food was delicious with a good choice of choice!

The staff was pleasant and our experience was nice overall. Got double room as expected, appreciated it. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Its location at a walking distance from The Cloth Hall was quiet.

Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Very early check-in, immensely helpful employees. The service was exemplary here. Not to mention fast wifi! Best possible and convenient location - close to a train station. Walking distance to a shopping centre and the Farmer's market across the street.

This was a very nice stay on business trip. The location was excellent, within walking distance of a tech subterranean museum. You could walk to the Farmer's market and a local market.

Our room was bright and cosy and provided with good air con, the bathroom and hot drink facilities.

Had memorable stay on business trip and the weather was warm. The location was brilliant, for example, Planty Park was at a walking distance from the hotel. Also, the area was great: )

welcoming stuff and best possible location close to everything, everything was really good. location: the hotel was really close to the old town, the main railway station.

Appreciated the room with good shower, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of The Cloth Hall. There was a nice restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

The accommodation had a very central location very close to the main square. And it was also not far from the city centre, the adjacent "U Filipa " restaurant, old town.
