The breakfast was good with certain quality of food, and all the food was delicious. Had great location next to a beautiful castle.

The staff was smart, always on hand when needed. The restaurant was nice with green garden here, I had delicious dishes.

Wooden furniture and private bathroom, iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Very central location, not too far away from Main Square. The hotel close to restaurants and bars.

Had enjoyable stay for my December visit and the weather was such warm. I had the double room which was functional and warm in medium condition.

The position was simply perfect, restaurants and pubs are close to the hotel. There was variety of restaurants and pubs nearby to try. The food was good in the garden.

Everything was perfect, truly enjoyed our really good stay. Our room was spacious and provided with the bathroom in the middle, 4 twin beds, for example as expected. The staff was extremely helpful and smart, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Best possible location, close enough to Wisla for a wonderful walk down the river, the hotel was in the heart of the city. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was amazing.

There were tea, fruit juices, bread, cereal, and fruit for breakfast. The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - not too far away from a fortified hilltop castle.

Would stay here again, enjoyed its marvellous and unbeatable location. The place is fairly clean, the room is brand-new, the staff is very-very nice and welcoming. The airport is 25 km away.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was sunny, liked it. The location was magnificent and best possible, for example, a fortified hilltop castle was at a medium distance from the hotel. Moreover, it's very close to nice bars and places to eat, Poland for 10 days, and whole Krakow. The food we tried was delicious and they have variety of meals to choose from.

There's nice Pod Wawelem with shots and cocktails approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, found it quite by chance. Plenty of options for very good breakfast. Elegant rooms had an ironing set, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing desk...

ideal place for exploring krakow. the total experience was pleasant. the food was excellent and we loved it.

The location couldn't be more VERY CONVENIENT. The hotel was close to wawel royal castle. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone.
