Appreciated the room with bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all nice and courteous. The location in a lovely area was great and stunning and there were a main market and a supermarket nearby. Furthermore, it was not very far from Bazylika Mariacka.

This comfortable hotel had a central setting close to train station. Plus, it was short walk to Krakow at the end of travelling to other points in Poland, the tourist attractions, shops and transportation and restaurants.

Located in the peaceful zone, it was a cosy base for a couple of nights. The rooms were reasonably large and functional with great breakfast, you feel like home. The location of the hotel was particularly good - not too far away from a medieval Gothic gate tower.

I was given twin room with an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an iron. The bed was very clean, and the staff were pretty friendly and amiable. The location was unbeatable and excellent for getting around, as a train station was near the hotel.

The location was magnificent and lovely, within a close distance from Main Square. It was a quiet area, a comfortable place for me: )

Cosy base for 5 nights in Krakow, fabulous and lovely hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus central heating, an iron and a coffee/tea maker. Great and really kind staff, satisfactory breakfast with a lot of food. Amazing and fantastic location, very close to the city centre.

we were there for 5 nights but felt we would love to return. we booked king room and liked it. services included free wifi. the continental breakfast suits us well.

5 mins walk from old town. A short way from cyrano de bergerac, where you can have lunch. Located in the heart of the city...
