Z14 Boutique Residence - Krakow Old Town

The rooms were large, brand-new, came with the wardrobe of the first bedroom and a bath.

The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

Great value for money and exactly what I needed. The room was decent sized and top-class with kitchenette, the staff was helpful.

Had 2 nights in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. The room was airy and reasonably large with the balcony, a TV, for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, liked to deal with them all. I didn't want to leave and would stay here again and again.

The location was particularly good close to the center and the staff here was amicable and outstandingly accommodating. I randomly popped in Pasjo Cafe serving some pastries, located within easy walking distance of the hotel, it was nice.

Decent size and well furnished units in the wardrobe of the first bedroom. Efficient, amiable staff towards all guests.

The units were modern and top-class like on pictures.

Incredibly comfortable location with parking nearby.

Its location was perfect and excellent in a quiet area. Further, it was very close to the centre, the shopping mall and the park.

The hotel location was good near the city center. Greatly enjoyed staying at the airy and large deluxe king suite in the wardrobe of the first bedroom.

Fantastic central location and very friendly staff. Only 15 minutes on foot from Krakow Main railway station. High quality and decent size rooms with the bathroom, good linen & towels, as example, nothing too much trouble.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's quiet and the location is amazing in the quiet suburban area. Amicable staff, helped me a lot. All I could ask for, great value for money.

The room we had was airy and modern. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center was magnificent and lovely. The hotel was in a very quiet area, next to the airport and the main square on Old Town Krakow.

Kind of rude staff!

This hotel was good home base for exploring Krakow, enjoyed it. The employees were very friendly and amicable.

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, so close to the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, tourist attractions, and the restaurant. Brand-new units with the bathroom, a bedroom, for instance, and the staff were really helpful. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Galeria Krakowska.

We liked the hotel, it was quiet and had incredible location really close to the main train station and the old town with a mini market nearby and Old Town, many cafes, shops and Railway/Bus Stations. All of the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Great choice for weekend. Absolutely great venue, outstandingly friendly staff. Nicely furnished unit with a walk in shower. Perfect location relatively close to The Cloth Hall. Based right by the garden of the old Town, local supermarkets and the main train station.

The room was airy with an own bathroom. Comfortable beds were provided. Efficient staff that liked their guests...

The bed was very comfy, and there were a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV set too. The location was perfect and best possible for walking around Planty Park.

The breakfast was sensational with attentive personnel. The room like on pictures. The location was fab, not too far from The Cloth Hall.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus.

the deluxe king suite was bright and airy with a table and chairs, the balcony, as for instance. a microwave oven, a coffeemaker and refrigerators were nice.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

The location of the hotel was incredible - just a short walk away from Main Square. Booked a room with a walk in shower.

My bed was small, unfortunately.

It's a deluxe property in Krakow, attractive and competitive value for money. Appreciated the deluxe king suite we had. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.

Facilities and food perfectly suited our needs. A good sized room. Easy to go to the airport, which is 30 km away. We enjoyed to have evening drinks at Wielochmiel, based nearby.
