The room was elegant and fabulous, but best of all was the castle view. The bed was cozy and there was free Wi-Fi.

Overall it was reasonably spacious with double beds. Had very central location near the centre.

Fairly clean place with lovely staff members and castle views. Great and fantastic location - within short walking distance to Corpus Christi Church. 20 minutes' ride to the airport.

Good location in Krakow so close to the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, a conference or city sightseeing and a Krakow congress center. Besides, easy to get to a fortified hilltop castle.

I spent a such great time here, 100% recommend to anyone. The staff was excellent plus the location was great. Further, it was close to the main architectural museums and places of Krakow in 5 minutes, and all the tourist things.

I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a really great stay. The staff was great and the place was clean. The location was super and stunning, within walking distance of Main Square. A small supermarket and supermarkets were right next door.

The hotel was clean with fabulous and elegant rooms and kind staff. It was in the very central location in the center. We really enjoyed the Polish cuisine in the restaurant. Was an incredible base for weekend.

Our guest room was equipped with central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing desk. The service offered was good.

It was the best of Krakow hotels I visited before. The location was stunning and awesome, nearby a tram station. The restaurant was magnificent, and the staff pleasant and courteous.
