Stayed in modern and spotlessly clean room with super comfy mattress. A hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower were a plus.

The staff was excellent in any situation. Absolutely perfect and good location, we were adjacent to the old town & the station, center of krakow and main railway station and other shops.

The property was in the centre of the city. Walk from restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

Everything was excellent, personnel was excellent and helpful. The venue's position was central. Besides, the hotel was at a walking distance from landscaped gardens.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Superior place with excellent staff and fast wi-fi. Prime location close to the food market and easy access to shopping malls and a local market.

The room was impeccably clean with super comfy mattress, had essentials required. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to a quiet area over the road from the square and the Train station. Old Town district was worth visiting.

Enjoyed my 4 nights stay. Comforts of superior apartment were fabulous - a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Its street view and incredibly kind and amiable staff were the key features! The location near the restaurants was great and brilliant. The hotel suited the needs, I will be back.

The room was absolutely perfect and beautiful and included coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and a stovetop. The staff tried to be very nice and made our stay a nice experience. It had a brilliant location next to center as well as Krakow.

The hotel is a cosy base for a city break in Krakow. The staff are incredibly kind, managed the parking on-site. When I am in Krakow, I like staying here.

Superior neighboring hotel in the centre of Krakow. Fantastic and incredible location - walk from a train station. Nestled walk from restaurants and bars. Couple of different restaurants and bars nearby.

The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Main Square.

Private parking on-site provided. Comfy bed in the superior apartment, plus a microwave, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Magnificent location, 15 minutes' walk to Main Square.

The staff were really helpful during our stay. Our room was reasonably large and perfect and had 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. A microwave, air conditioning and an individual safe were good. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a historic museum.

Our favourite place to stay in Krakow. Perfect and prime location to a fortified hilltop castle. Set very close to center of krakow and main railway station, local delicacies with a reasonable price and main railway station in the secure area. What a very lovely stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms were amazing with a kitchen, the staff were very-very nice.

It has excellent, particularly good setting, so close to old town 10, and all attractions. It is a minute walk from Mandu, where you can eat something.

The room was modern, big size with feather pillows. Comfortable bed and pillows, there were an electronic key card, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment available. Its location was unbeatable and prime, to old town 10, and in a secure area. Old Town district was worth staying in.

The room turned out to be new-fashioned and perfect with all necessary amenities, super comfy mattress, for example. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a bonus. Central location of this atrium hotel was a bonus.

Loved every detail about our fantastic 4 nights stay here. Had central location close to all attractions. Moreover, it's close enough to center, the old town, and the Train station.

The hotel is located on a noisy street so be ready.

We would definitely come back here as everything met requirements. Hotel was QUIET, we really loved the street view from our superior apartment.
