Located in 15 minutes' walk from Pimlico tube station.

The hotel was in a particularly good location, close to everything you would want to see while in Krakow. The staff were all polite. The room was both budget and quiet with three wide beds as well as a clean bathroom.

The venue is big and fairly clean with a good value and very friendly and polite staff. Fine experience there.

Excellent stay, as always. Clean hotel in a big building not far from the city centre, the two main touristic areas, and also the main train/bus station. Cosy and new-fashioned room with three wide beds, a clean bathroom, for instance. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Great location close to everything you would want to see while in Krakow, and 15 minute walk from The Cloth Hall.

The room was extremely spacious and new-fashioned with three wide beds, the stuff where very-very nice. Extras like an iron with ironing board, coffee, and a TV were appreciated.

Fairly clean hotel with amicable staff and perfect location.

Central location short walk to tram lines and nice restaurants/ coffee shops, the night life of Kazimierz and the two main touristic areas of Krakow, it was in a nice area.

Beds were bad in this place.

The location was great and fantastic, not far from the old market square, the castle and also the main train/bus station, the castle and the city and old town and Jewish quarter. There was Kuchnia u Doroty close to the hotel. The room was absolutely perfect and functional, included with private bathroom as well as three wide beds. In general the staff were very nice and absolutely amazing.

Really enjoyed the room with private bathroom, my bed was comfortable.

The room was great value for money and a nice size with 1 bed and they provided wake-up service when I asked. It met the purpose. The setting was incredible, near the old market square, the castle and also the main train/bus station and old town.

It boasts unbeatable, magnificent location near to the old market square, the castle and also the main train/bus station, tram lines, and most attractions. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Old Town district.

The room is not very clean.

Loved our big rooms, plus the staff was polite! There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities inside the room. A walk-in shower was fairly clean and everything was perfect.

It is a great property located in Old Town district near to the two main touristic areas of Krakow, the main train/bus station and the city center as well as the night life of Kazimierz. The location is good and perfect and the food is outstanding.

The location turned out to be particularly good. Budget room with a clean bathroom, a kitchen plus three wide beds, I had everything needed.

It has marvellous location to see a fortified hilltop castle.

My double room was cosy and very well kept. Btw it included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The location was marvellous for exploring this nice area, really close to the main train/bus station, the two main touristic areas of Krakow and the old market square.

Some of the staff were rather noisy.

The bathroom in our spacious and new-fashioned room was clean. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location with a fortified hilltop castle nearby.

The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Saint Barbara's Church. Distance to the airport was just 30 km. The staff was absolutely amazing, affable.

My triple room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. And there was a good view over courtyard. The hotel had great location next to the castle and the city, the main train/bus station and the old market square.

It had good location just off all the attractions. Old Town district was worth exploring.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a nice area, not far from the main train/bus station, the night life of Kazimierz and old town and Jewish quarter. It was new-fashioned, budget and with private bathroom. We truly enjoyed wake-up service available.

Clean hotel, I enjoyed amiable staff. It was budget, spacious and with 1 bed. I found the venue's location great, just next door to nice restaurants/ coffee shops, the historical places and the center. I tried some drinks at grill bar Rzeznia, located 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel met expectations, I would come here again. Had a good stay with my partner, I spent 3 nights here, everything was perfect...

Not very helpful staff!

Comfortable overall experience. The hotel was big size with a brilliant location not far from the castle. Polite and amiable staff throughout❤

the room itself was budget with exceptionally comfortable bed and particularly good views. the location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far from a large monument. the hotel was a good base for enjoying a nice enough area.

The venue was set in the central position very close to Kazimierz, Krakow, and the main train/bus station.
