I was here for 3 days and would stay here again. The hotel was located very close to the historic center, the night clubs and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and flexible and the location was perfect in the heart of the city.

appreciated our room, it was comfy with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. all of the staff was amiable and amicable. the location was great and particularly good, very close to main square, in the nice enough area. old town district was worth staying in.

Wonderful unit with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Amiable staff, exceptionally comfortable beds. Very central location, just a short stroll away from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

So glad we choose it, it's interesting place for staying in Krakow. Extremely spacious and wonderful rooms, plus the staff is very nice. Every time in Krakow we stay in this hotel.

Stayed for 7 nights, the staff was flexible during all this time. Comfy and tidy room, it included a refrigerator, a microwave oven and climate control. The hotel was located in the centre of the city...

Everything was nice, MAGNIFICENT location really close to a night club called level up, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the railway station and the city centre, flexible staff. Studio apartment was with a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows too.
