We had a comfortable bedroom. The service was excellent, the food was exceptional.

Sensational breakfast for yogurt or coffee, combined with an exceptional service. Pretty friendly staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

The location was unbeatable and stunning and close to places we visited.

The deluxe double room overlooks the square and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators. It offers incredible location and has extremely helpful and attentive staff on the late shift. The indoor restaurant is pretty good, serves amazing dishes.

Actually, the room was lovely and good with view, it also had wake-up service. An electric kettle and a fridge where an advantage.

Overall it was well furnished with 4 post canopied bed.

Everything was perfect, amazing location just next door to the castle through a lovely park, the Cloth Hall and all the main attractions, excellent staff. Our deluxe double room was stylish with a magnificent view of St Mary's cathedral.

We had an excellent breakfast for yogurt or coffee. The location was unbeatable, for example, a Roman Catholic basilica was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Double room was airy and unique with modern facilities. The venue was in a very central location near numerous adjacent bars and restaurants, Krakow for a wedding and the main square of the old town. I didn't want to leave, had an excellent experience and would like to stay longer.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at indoor restaurant for dinner. And it had the square view which is a plus. Good service was provided. The shuttle from-and-to the airport was a super feature.

My room with a grand piano taking centre stage was neat. The location was pleasant and phenomenal, close to The Cloth Hall. Besides, it was near restaurants in-and-around the area, and Krakow.

I loved it, the hotel is reasonably clean, has exceptional staff and location. My room was huge, had smoke detectors for safety measures. I had real good days staying at this classy property.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of a fortified hilltop castle. Everyone was highly courteous and caring. The room was romantic with comfortable beds, a grand piano taking centre stage and a hairdryer, had everything we wanted.
